Rita Carol Carter Baldwin, 59 of Pulaski, passed away Friday, May 25, 2007. She attended Hilltop Pentecostal Holiness Church and was active in the Ladies of the Moose. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Beckner and Frances Ilene Carter. Survivors include her husband, Phillip Baldwin of Pulaski; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy David and Heather Baldwin of Fort Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Sabrina and Patrick; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Wayne Herald, and Sue and Bob Murray, all of Dublin; and nephew, Eddie and Terri Murray and their children, Jade and Carter Murray; and niece, Tina and David Peterson and their children, Kayla, Austin and Chase Peterson. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 28, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Bruce Gregory officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
