Carma Rowe Ratliff, 90, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 at her home in Max Meadows. She was a member of Fort Chiswell Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ida Rowe; her husband, John Henry Ratliff; and sons, Jimmy and Charles Ratliff. Survivors include sons, Richard Ratliff of S.C., Johnny Ratliff of Powhatan, Stanley Ratliff of Suffolk, Eddie Ratliff of Max Meadows, James Ratliff of Gainesville, and Danny Ratliff of Roanoke; and adopted children, Angie Martin of Dublin and Mike Hasson of Roanoke; sisters, Margie Stiltner of Grundy and Elsie Puckett of Speedwell, Tenn.; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 30th at the Fort Chiswell Church of Christ with Steve Canup officiating. Interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the church.
