Obituary

Carl Lewis Boothe, 68, of Radford, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013. He was a member of Snowville Baptist Church. He retired from Radford University after 26 years at stock room manager and also retired from Kroger with 10 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents Lewis Crockett and Elsie Vires Boothe. Survivors include his sisters and brother-in-law, Betty A. Boothe of Radford and June and Richard Cadle of Dublin; niece and her husband, Teresa and Charles Dowdy of Dublin; great niece Diana Dowdy and great nephew Wesley Dowdy. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Neil Wood officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Snowville Baptist Church Building Fund. The Boothe family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
