Bryan Lewis Whittaker, 49, of Pilot, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2006 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his Granny Essie Franklin. Survivors include his wife, Linda Duncan Whittaker of Pilot; two daughters, Casey and Britney Whittaker of Pilot; three sisters, Patricia St.Clair of Giles County; Rosie Neese of Giles County; Elaine Henderson of Roanoke; two special uncles, Melvin Carter of Dublin; and Allen Whittaker of Galax. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Mullins Funeral Home with Rev. James Kittinger and Rev. T. Michael Bond officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
