Bruce Conley Arnold, 74, of Max Meadows, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018. He was a retired electrician and a member of Liberty Hill Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilmer and Helen Arnold; and brother, David Arnold; son-in-law, Steve King deceased husband of Pam. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn T. Arnold of Wytheville; son, Jeff Arnold and Tonya of Max Meadows; daughters and son-in-law, Rhonda and Herb Cooley of South Carolina and Pamela Diane King of North Carolina; grandchildren, Heather, Bryan, Matthew, Zach (Emily) and Tara; great granddaughter, Bella; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald D. and Ruth Arnold, Jerry and Jean Arnold, Terry Arnold, and Davids wife Patty Arnold, all of Max Meadows; brother-in-law and his wife, Robin and Phyllis Thacker of Max Meadows; and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank his very caring nieces, Tonya and Jessica. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Liberty Hill Church, 100 Old School Road, Wytheville. A private family service will follow with Rev. Bob Lewis and Rev. Lewis Arnold officiating.
