Brian Wesley Hall, 48, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 surrounded by his family at his home in Newbern. He was Director of Special Services for Bland County Public Schools and a member of Radford Church of Christ. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Kelly P. Hall; daughter and son-in-law, Haley H. and Jeremiah McInturf of Newbern; son, Jason Hall of Newbern; parents, Duane and Charlotte Hall of Pulaski; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Carrie Hall of Franklin, Tenn.; sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and G. E. Midkiff of Pulaski; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. with John Croft and Rudy Shelburne officiating.
