Denise Ogden Gravley, 52, of Radford, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009. She was a 1975 graduate of George Wythe High School in Wytheville, Virginia, and a 1980 graduate of Radford University. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard Raymond Jr. and Jean Lotts Ogden. Survivors include a son, Addison Gravley of Radford; two brothers and sister-in-law, Mike and Diane Ogden of Winston-Salem, NC, and Randy Ogden of Pearisburg; two grandchildren, Ayden and Davon Gravley, and their mother, Tara Smith; and two nephews, Eric and Robert Ogden. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Fairlawn Church of God with Rev. Terry Bowden officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 2840 Electric Road, Suite 106A, Roanoke, VA 24018.
