Bobby Dean Kirtner, 68, passed away Monday, Januaury 19, 2009 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his father James Kirtner Sr. Survivors include his mother, Mae Lovern Kirtner of Radford; two sisters, Betty Carden of Radford; Patsy Cummings of Liberty, NC; brother James Kirtner Jr. of Jacksonville, NC. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Glennard Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Kirtner family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
