Bobby Lee Hill, 69, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 at his home in Belspring. He was a woodworker and a member of the New Life Tabernacle in Christiansburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Goldie Hill; and stepdaughter, Stephany Michelle Proffitt. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Letha S. Hill of Belspring; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Doug Ratliff of Swords Creek; grandchildren, Tara Nichole White, Shanna Brooke Martin, Allen Lee Martin, Wesley Allen Fralin, Dakota Lee Fralin and Ryleigh Michelle Proffitt; great granddaughter, Tori Brooke White; stepson, Matthew Proffitt of Radford;; sisters and brothers-in-law, Velvie and Raymond Proffitt of Floyd, Sue and Basil Newberry of Belspring, Toni and Dolly Hicks of Radford, and Patricia Page of Parrott; brother, Jerry Wayne Hill of Belspring; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give special recognition to Brenda Roope for her caring and compassion for the last 3 years. The family will receive friends from 9 until 10 a.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the New Life Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Christiansburg. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. with Rev. Tom Peters officiating. Interment will follow in the Brown Cemetery in Pulaski County.
