Billy Ray Rorrer, Sr., 59, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father Troy Tipton Rorrer and two brothers Oakley Wayne and Lloyd Douglas Rorrer. Survivors include wife, Monique Rorrer of Pilot; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ray and Emily Wu-Rorrer of Falls Church; Curtis Rorrer of Wytheville; daughter and son-in-law, Cecilia and Tim Irvin of Radford; mother, Thelma Rorrer of Pulaski; eight grandchildren, Stephen, Andrew and Matthew Irvin, Ashley and Jasmine Rorrer, Zachary, Conner and Katelyn Wu-Rorrer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Interment will follow in the Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rorrer family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
