Billy Ray Broyles, 63, passed away at his home in Radford on Saturday, August 23, 2008. He was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Radford and was retired from the Radford Arsenal. Survivors include his wife Pat Broyles of Radford; two daughters and son-in-law Kim and Tim Taylor, and Jill Broyles-Mann all of Radford; mother Lula Broyles Williams of Radford; three sisters and brother-in-law Drema Thomas of Christiansburg, Betty Scott of Radford, and Beulah and Stan Burnett of FL; and three grandchildren Dani Lytton McCoy and her husband Michael, Dalton Mann and Griffin Broyles. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. David Dickerson officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 125-E Arrowhead Trail, Christiansburg, VA 24073. The Broyles family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
