Barbara "Bobbie" Acra Stevens, 94, of Radford, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017. She was a member of New Dublin Presbyterian Church. She provided many years of volunteer service to both Radford Community Hospital and Meals on Wheels. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gerry Stevens, Jr. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Gerry, III and Susan D. Stevens of Radford; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Michael Shea of Southport, Conn.; grandchildren, Michael Shea, Allison Shea and Matthew G. Stevens; sisters, Elizabeth Parker and Joyce Robertson, both of Richmond; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at New Dublin Presbyterian Church with Rev. Andrew Taylor-Troutman officiating. A reception will follow in the fellowship Hall.
