Barbara Jean Quesenberry, 81, passed away Monday, August 5, 2024, at her home in Christiansburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Edward Quesenberry; parents, Elmon J. Quesenberry and Mabel Dalton Longnecker; and special grandparents who raise her, Lonnie Alvin Dalton and Mary Alice Rigney Dalton. Survivors include her daughters, Debbie and Rhonda Quesenberry; sister, Nora Ockey; sister-in-law, Vada Dickerson Roberts; special cat, Sylvester; and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Gregory Beato, Medi-Home Hospice, nurses, Kimberly Thomas and Judy Tuttle, and her caregivers, Amy Stevens and Judy Epperly. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Justin Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Phillips-Kessler Cemetery in Indian Valley in Floyd County.
