Barbara Helen Ann Mahaffy, 70, passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 at her daughters home in Radford. She was the deputy court clerk in Jackson, TN for 11 years. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Michael Dunn of Radford; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth E., Jr. and Betty Mahaffy of New York and Ronald Charles and Stacey Mahaffy of Plantation, FL; eight grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, Lauren, Zachary, Carly, Adam, Ronald and David; a sister and brother-in-law, Madeline and Philip Clementi of New York; and a brother-in-law and his wife, James and Helen Mahaffy of Jackson, TN. Memorial services will be held at a later date. The Mahaffy family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
