Barbara Sifford Foster, 83, of Parrott, left this world to enter the gates of Heaven on September 9, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hoge and Annie Sifford; and her husband, Houston Foster. Barbara was retired from Kollmorgen in Radford. Survivors include her sisters and brother-in-law, Molly and Bobby Nester, and Sue Bullion; brother and sister-in-law, Leroy and Barbara Sifford; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A celebration of life services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Eddie Dalton officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sifford Cemetery in Parrott.
