Barbara Ann Williams Allen, 83, of Radford, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Verma Williams; 2 sisters and a brother. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Clarence T. "Tom" Allen; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Vince Robinson of Radford; sons and daughter-in-law, Tom Allen and Simonetta Rainieri of Los Angeles, Calif., and Tim Allen of Richmond; 3 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will be private.
