Augustine Woods Mills, 88, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at her home in Radford. She was a member of First Baptist Church and retired from housekeeping at Radford University. She was born in Mayberry, W. Va., the daughter of the late Adolphus Woods and Annie May Dillard Woods. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, George Beverly Mills. Survivors include her sons, Curtis Tolliver of Radford, Thomas Green of Radford, and Michael William Green of Orlando, Fla.; daughter, A. Dominica Green of Christiansburg; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, Angela Lee, Lisa Green, Thomas Green, Retona Howell, and Elna Smith; dear friend, Don Quail; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, 555 West Rock Road, with Rev. C. Coles Casey officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. at the church.
