Arlene Duncan Altizer, 73, of Radford, passed away Monday, March 29, 2010 at the Radford Health and Rehab Center. She was a member of the West Radford Church of God and a retired nurses aid. She was born in Floyd County the daughter of the late Rufus and Bessie Higgs Duncan. Survivors include her husband, Teddy C. Altizer of Radford; two sons and daughters-in-law, David C. Altizer and Lisa Lytton of Dublin and Darryl W. and Lisa Altizer of Radford; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Jerry Quesenberry of Radford; four sisters, Evelyn Quesenberry, Norma Jean Graham and Edith Phillips, all of Floyd and Pearl Hodges of Salem; and three grandchildren, David Matthew Altizer, Amanda Nicole Altizer and Carlton Bruce Altizer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 7 pm at the West Radford Church of God with Rev. Hershel Daniels and Rev. Jim Walker officiating. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 11a.m. at the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 7 pm Wednesday at the church prior to the service. Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to West Radford Church of God, P.O.
