Annie Zelma O'Dell Jonas, 82, of Dublin, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Cozy Home Haven in Fairlawn. She was a member of Dublin Baptist Church. Annie was born in Botetourt County, the daughter of the late Amos and Minnie Miller O'Dell. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Junior O'Dell. Survivors include her husband, James Roscoe Jonas of Dublin; step daughters, Pamela Howard, and Nancy (Ronald) Lawson, all of Draper; step son, Tim (Janet) Jonas of Pulaski; 5 step grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren; brothers, Otis (Lois) O'Dell of Dublin, and Elbert O'Dell of Pulaski; sisters, Frances Thompson of Florida, and Eunice Marshall of Radford; sister-In-law, Violet O'Dell of Dublin; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Dennis Jones officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:30 am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Carilion Hospice, 701 Randolph St., Radford, VA 24141.
