Anne Clough Bullard, 78, of Radford, passed away on September 22, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Mary Barton Bullard and George Clough Bullard. Anne was an avid reader and student. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in horticulture. After serving 2 years in the Peace Corps in Jamaica, she enjoyed a 30-year career as a grain inspector for the USDA in New Orleans, LA. Following retirement to care for her mother in Radford, Anne volunteered through her church with their Necessities Pantry and at the Radford Clothing Bank, and helped on the family farm. She recently earned her Virginia Master Cattleman certificate.

Anne is survived by her brothers John (Sandra) Bullard and George (Anna) Bullard; her sister Laura (Alan) Bullard; and numerous other family members and special friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Presbyterian Church of Radford.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Presbyterian Church of Radford, 201 Fourth St, Radford, VA 24141.
