Angela Mae Tallant, 50, passed away Tuesday October 21, 2014 at her home in Dublin. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Thomas Tallant. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Monique and Markee Barbour of Christiansburg; mother, Elma Mae Tallant of Dublin; brother and sister-in-law, Eugene Thomas and Gladys Ann Tallant of Dublin; niece and nephew, Thomas and Amanda Tallant; great niece and nephew, Destinee Landreth and Brice Wall; aunt, Jean Tate of Radford; and cousins, Ricky Lawson, Allen Lawson and Wanda Reed. The family would like to thank the Barker Family for all their love and support and also Good Samaritan Hospice. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Fairlawn Church of God with Pastor Marcus Harrison officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the service time on Friday. The Tallant family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
