Alice Faye Nunley King, 71, of Blacksburg, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Hobert and Mary Ellen Costigan Nunley, three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Sheila K. and Donnie Duncan of Blacksburg; two sons Robert Bobby King, Jr. of Blacksburg and Hobert Hobie Beavers of Christiansburg; brother Robert Bob Nunley of Christiansburg; three sisters Helen N. Mills of Radford, Mary N. Lucado of Christiansburg, and Betty J. Shepherd of Walnut Grove, NC; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Lee Sarver officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
