Agnes "Boots" Lawrence Dobbins, 77, of Radford, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021. She was retired from Atlantic Bay Mortgage Company where she was an administrative assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Ray Dobbins; and her parents, Dexter and Georgia Lawrence. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Amy Dobbins in Radford; grandchildren, Noah Dobbins and Bryanna Dobbins; sister, Barbara Mullin of Ohio; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 20201 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Danny Newman and Rev. Frankie Graham officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
