Adam Vaughn Craighead, 26 of Radford, passed away Friday, May 12, 2006. He was employed with Tetra in Blacksburg. Survivors include his mother, Sandy V. Craighead of Radford; his father, Dewey Everett Craighead of Spring, TX; his brother, Brian Alan Craighead of Spring, TX; and his maternal grandparents, Willard and Madalon Rodgers Vaughn of Radford; and a host of friends in both Texas and Virginia. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Aaron Fitch officiating. A memorial service will also be held in Texas at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the local Humane Society in your area. The Craighead family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
